One of the worst. App rarely works on my phone or HP laptop. once my 3-month "deal" was over, it freezes 3-4 times in one episode so you have to back out of the app every time to restart it. Ads replay after freezing, so it's basically just a waste of time and money. It's not user friendly at all and the Hulu portion only shows you 20 or so movies in each genre without a search option. Every app, especially Disney, has epically failed. They should all follow Netflix, the best one since Day 1.

the app is constantly messing up, whether it be when a payment is made for it or leading up to a payment being taken out. it gives the message of Sorry, something went wrong. Please update your software. The software is updated. for the amount I pay every month it better be working, because otherwise what's the point of you charging a high amount of the product is gonna continue having issues that haven't been fixed..... please fix this or the rating stays!.......

Sorry for the trouble. Please Confirm the number of devices affected and try reinstalling the app and restarting your device. Make sure the app is updated as well. edit: this isn't a call to fix type problem. it's an APP problem. for developers. not for me to call and them say "did you reboot" ONE STAR. Barely functional. you open it, you select your show, you cast it and you Begin playing. all starts well. but then you need to rewind, or pause it but the controller in the app is gone. if you reopen the app you have no control over what you are casting. you cannot return to the control from when you cast it. so if I miss dialogue I can't rewind
