This is the only music service that's good as the free version but I have a suggestions: 1 Put the full name of a song (album name, version, remaster, etc.) when searching for new songs 2 Let free users look at recently played songs (even if we can't play them 3 Sometimes the music just stops completely and I have to restart my play list. Normally that'd be fine but it happens too often not to be an annoyance, so fix that please. otherwise, great service

I used to love iHeart but since the update in June I get: Oops, looks like something went wrong. While I'm listening to a podcast it will stop. When I tap pause then play that pops up. Or after work I try to play my podcast, that pops up. My wi-fi is fine works with other devices & other apps on this Galaxy S24 Ultra. I have to turn my phone off and wait then turn it back on. Restarting does not work. I have forced stop & cleared the cache several times. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app too.

edited review: within 24 hours, iheartradio's customer service team reached out to me to troubleshoot the issue. I went to open the app to take a video recording of the favorites refusing to load, and they are now spontaneously working. I can't in good conscience give it 4 or 5 stars due to the inconsistency, but i can at least bump it to a three because it's working now because it's working now
