Unbelievable, a movie popped up this morning at 8.22 am uk time. no one in my house was awake to purchase this. so the hassle to get a refund is unreal. I go in to cancel. thats not available. I then contact a robot. it tells me the item was ordered 2 weeks ago and was already watched. Must be a tactic of Prime to get your money. Disgraceful. I had to go further and further to get a refund. its just completely wrong that there isnt a cancel button and then the system lies.

loads of bugs and quite unwieldy. keeps forgetting language settings or where I left off when watching a series. E g. if I briefly leave the app it'll then suddenly jump to a random episode, 2 seasons ahead of what I was watching. And it sometimes says I need to pay for things that were free the day before. And the day after they go back to being free again. Annoying ad breaks every 7 minutes. Will cancel before it renews. The selection is quite limited anyway.

we are not paying to have an account, we have to pay to go ad free, we have to rent some movies, we have to pay for other platforms inside another platform.On top of it most things don't have their subtitles synced. Search engines don't respond mostlyNow these ads are really putting off, every 15 mins it's playing even after paying. Introduce ads and charge extra to go ad free. clever. really disgusting. .
