You can't share, then you decide to go solo now you can't travel with your own Netflix! It's very frustrating to use Netflix, you can't travel and use it, not user friendly at all. I was told you have to subscribe to different regions for every travel you make that's absolutely ridiculous and a big joke in Modern times. Good riddance! Cancelled and using Amazon prime rather than paying in different currencies every week without a bank acct. 1 star is for the times Netflix was Netflix.

Setting up my own account was ridiculous. For context, when creating my own account I was able to put in my email, name, phone number and pay for access to use netflix. It made my profile but the option to make a password never came up. So after talking with someone who turned out to be an AI help bot, I finally found that the only way to create a new password (Despite one never existing) was through the phone number verify email. Why thats a feature, idk. Either way, it was a mess!

Atrocious support. Picture-in-picture used to work fine on my old device, now it doesn't. Works fine with other apps, permissions are there and everything. Spent 75 minutes in support chat, practically all of which was the guy asking questions I had answered in my very first post. The final answer was: we don't know, use another device. Could have told me that after 5 minutes.
