  • 6 years of people management experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with or partnering with agencies.

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience driving tech-forward initiatives, AI transformation, or complex data/platform integrations alongside major agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
  • Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, AI-powered media buying, and advanced measurement frameworks.
  • Track record working with major agencies in sales or client management, maintaining established senior-level relationships and a highly visible marketplace presence.
  • Proven track record leading teams to achieve significant results, managing specialized talent (e.g., programmatic, measurement, technical).

About the job

As Director of Agency Solutions, PMG and Dentsu, you'll be expected to develop and maintain executive relationships at the C-level, design and implement partnership initiatives, negotiate large-scale, complex agreements spanning media and platforms, manage and inspire a team to develop and deliver against a business plan for each of the two HoldCo agencies.

You will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation for two of the world’s leading agencies: for Dentsu -- a global conglomerate -- and for PMG, a tech-forward, advertising agency and platform company. You view sales as a service and will be responsible for forging a strong partnership approach to the agency business, growing revenue, and serving as a key ambassador for Google in the industry. You pride yourself on cross-Google collaboration to help define how we lead our agency partners through this AI transformation.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Set and drive business strategy, revenue targets, and product adoption targets for agencies in your holding group across all major product categories.
  • Provide guidance and specialized expertise to cross-functional Google teams on the dynamics, trends, and evolving technological landscape of your agency holding group, identifying opportunities to accelerate AI adoption, implement advanced measurement frameworks, and future-proof client strategies.
  • Manage a team of sales managers, sales leads, performance specialists, measurement experts, and programmatic sellers while also serving as a cross-functional leader to Googlers who work across your agencies.
  • Create, identify, and execute unique business partnership opportunities, including leadership of cross-functional teams in the negotiation of large, complex media agreements.
  • Be a marketplace ambassador who inspires the agency community to connect more deeply with Google.
