Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in technical or cyber security program management.
- Experience in working on government programmes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on projects and programs relating to the design and build of complex cyber security capabilities.
- Understanding of SOC infrastructure, architecture, and other enabling requirements.
- Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Mandiant is seeking a highly strategic Program Manager to lead a pivotal cybersecurity transformation for Canada's national security and defence sector.
In this role, you will drive the complex deployment and accreditation of sovereign cloud capabilities, orchestrating concurrent work streams that span security architecture, cyber defence operations, and force capability transfer. You will demonstrate exceptional in executing large-scale, classified programs under tight deadlines. Your ability to build trust, navigate complex multi-vendor ecosystems, and seamlessly manage relationships across internal teams, infrastructure partners, and executive government stakeholders will be key to this mission's success.
Responsibilities
- Drive the detailed planning and execution of complex technical work streams while overseeing the onboarding and utilization of cleared consulting resources to meet project milestones.
- Lead the delivery of sovereign knowledge and capability transfer (including development) while securing formal client sign-off on all key milestones and service expectations.
- Serve as the primary connective tissue between Mandiant and government partners, maintaining strategic stakeholder maps to ensure alignment across multiple departments and external entities.
- Maintain continuous engagement with client leadership to manage expectations and generate comprehensive accomplishment reports for program directors.
- Identify programmatic risks, manage contractual burn rates for multi-year service orders, and enforce strict adherence to all client security and clearance protocols.
