Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a consumer or wearable electronics system design technical environment.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Architecture, Power/Battery, low/high speed interface (e.g., MIPI, SPI, I2C, DDR, USB, I2S/PDM), Analog engineering, Connectivity, Modules (e.g., Display, Camera, Speaker, Sensor, GNSS..etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading teams or mentoring engineers for joint design manufacturer/original design manufacturer models.
- Experience with wearable design and critical components (e.g., GNSS, Display, Sensor, SiP, debugging, power/battery life profiling, validation and implementation).
- Experience in driving projects to production along with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of hardware product execution such as Product Management, UX, Industrial Design, Cost, and Factory operations.
- Ability to design, validate, enhance multiple domains (e.g., Software component, system design trade-off).
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

- Resolve and mediate conflicts, risks, priorities and trade-offs, helping the team coordinate next steps, build consensus, and land in solution space.
- Lead the team to ensure hardware specifications deliverables are met at each design phase.
- Lead new design concept, features through exploration, prototyping, implementation to mass production.
- Partner with cross-functional leads to assess the technical feasibility of the system integration and program schedule.
- Communicate system-level technical issues.
