Data Transformation Lead, Large Customer Sales, Agencies (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

About the job

The team accelerates growth through data, tech and measurement to drive customer value by leveraging the scale of agencies and partners, influencing product direction, and redefining industry standards. In this role, you will lead Data, Measurement and Programmatic strategy for Agencies to help them achieve digital and AI maturity. You will be accountable for driving the sales cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities by owning Agencies’ C-level conversations on Data and Measurement transformation.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive positive media outcomes, and will also focus on accelerating AI Innovation through future forward solutions. You will coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate implementation and create consistency through Agency Full Value Plans (FVPs).

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities and infrastructure across Google Marketing Platform products to drive Agency and customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions.
  • Drive advanced Data and Measurement product usage when a customer has adopted Google solutions, and ensure that customers operationalize solutions.
  • Serve as the leader that drives ideas on Data Transformation solutions for Agencies, educate stakeholders and build relationships using subject matter expertise to drive Agency and customer business objectives.
  • Drive AI Innovation with Agency and establish and develop senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Bridge different solutions and products to build future forward data and tech solutions with agencies.
