Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive conversations both internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights from data and present recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, and written/verbal communication skills.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's evolving Ads business run smoothly. The team sets go-to-market strategy and ensures flawless execution and operations against that strategy.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack. You will help customers get the most out of the Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. The team provides a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs, and providing technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for customers.

In this role, you will develop solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving solutions while working with business teams, influencing the idea and goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for Customer Support (CS) teams, while acting as a strategic partner to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather information, context, and drive business analysis.
  • Partner with Customer Support leadership, drive strategic initiatives and global priorities.
  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-critical initiatives, removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
