Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
- Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders to deliver results in agile environments.
- Experience in sales/operations management, planning, and systems thinking.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video), and the key performer landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
- Understanding of customer business objectives and the ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build brands. In this media sales role, you will be responsible for exceeding quarterly goals while maximizing customer satisfaction and meeting partnership objectives.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$281,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead teams and deliver results in a matrix organization, leveraging collaboration and balancing trade-offs to drive key decisions.
- Leverage expertise in brand and performance marketing, Return on Investment (ROI)-driven media strategies, and an understanding of customer business objectives and joint business planning.
- Role model influence-based leadership while managing people and leading operational initiatives.
- Manage the core Sales team and cross-functional talent to deliver client growth, including partnering with Large Customer Sales (LCS) leaders to develop thought leadership.
- Analyze data trends, develop business plans, and lead the preparation and delivery of business presentations. Develop and foster C-level relationships while attracting, developing, and retaining great talent across all roles on the team.
