Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies for clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and apps).
- Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics, data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop narratives that drive client growth and maximize business.
- Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders across various industries with clients, providing guidance and ensuring implementation of Google's advertising solutions.
- Ability to own business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources and identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and apps).
- Collaborate with clients on international projects, providing guidance and ensuring implementation of Google's advertising solutions in different markets. Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders at companies across various industries, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
- Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope and impact of your partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive growth and achieve client objectives.
