- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

In this role, you will be understanding Google's suite of advertising solutions (primarily YouTube, but also search and DV360) and focus on helping our clients with their business challenges. This role will be YouTube-focused and will require buttoned-up project/task management in order to fulfill the execution of our YouTube goal.
Although you are expected to be proactive and be able to multi-task, you will be surrounded by an experienced team (including two partner principal Account Managers (AMs) who will support your personal and professional development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of YouTube campaigns, from technical setup and launch to ongoing monitoring,
ensuring accuracy and proactive troubleshooting to meet client
objectives. - Drive growth through value packaging. Analyze campaign performance
to identify and promote opportunities, packaging these insights into compelling
narratives that demonstrate the value delivered to stakeholders. - Cultivate Deep Partner Relationships. Become our client and agency
partners' first text. - Advocate product sophistication. Act as a YouTube subject matter expert, guiding clients and agencies on best practices, new ad formats, and measurement solutions to drive performance/growth.
