Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree in a management or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading internal organizational health programs, designing executive events, or driving culture and people initiatives (e.g., talent sponsorship).
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization, with experience navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes.
- Experience in internal consulting, with experience framing organizational challenges, developing perspectives, and delivering recommendations to executive leadership.
- Excellent people-management and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering successfully with leadership and cross-functional teams to enable high-quality decisions.

Partnerships Solutions (PS) is the Strategy and Operations team that works with Global Partnerships (GP) to build the world's best partnerships team and accelerate cross-Google agreement making. We unlock long-term business value to make and enable transformational Partnerships plays.Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships Business Operations and Strategy. In this role, you will operate as a critical internal leader, seamlessly blending consulting with operational skills. Working closely with executive leaders across Partnerships Solutions and Global Partnerships, you will act as a key advisor and executor for the leadership team. By developing deep insights into the dynamic Global Partnerships and Partnerships Solutions landscape, you will cut through complexity to facilitate crucial discussions and drive high-quality decisions forward. Leveraging this unique vantage point, whether you are managing the Partnerships Solutions lead's agenda and operational cadence to a high executive standard, or designing engaging internal events that bring leads together, you will ensure the Partnerships Solutions team is positioned to succeed and advance Google's broader transformation goals.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Drive Partnerships Solutions’ operational and continuous improvement by managing the Partnerships Solutions lead's agenda, overseeing executive-ready leadership synchronizations, leading Objectives and Key Results (OKR) cycles, and implementing optimized solutions across the team.
- Partner with leaders in Partnerships Solutions and Global Partnerships to develop perspectives on internal operations, frame organizational issues, and deliver clear, high-impact deliverables that influence decision-making.
- Manage an evolving portfolio of cross-functional projects, stepping in to own interim leadership tasks and ensuring seamless team execution.
- Design and execute impactful internal events and community-building initiatives that foster team and leadership connection, managing end-to-end program management and overarching content strategy.
- Act as a partner to leadership to advance the Partnerships Solutions People Plan.
