  • 5 years of experience in developing investigative frameworks to support decision-making processes.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ability to function effectively both separately and within a team environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will lead and manage critical initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business objectives. You will utilize your project management skills, investigative abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across multiple teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead various work streams to streamline the Energy and Location Strategy (ELS) approval process and ensure compliance with Google’s spend policy.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to implement the new internal approval tool to drive governance and efficiencies through automation and system integrations.
  • Run the weekly executive business approval cadence and ensure projects are properly vetted by cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
