Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management/technology consulting, or equivalent experience in a solutions architect or transformation role.
  • Experience in designing, architecting, and implementing AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements that include technology, data governance, and intellectual property terms.
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, legal operations, or extended workforce strategy.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus among executive cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Strategic Consultant, you will be the internal thought leader driving our strategy across the entire Global Vendor Strategy and Solutions (VMO) organization. You will act as a strategic consultant and solutions architect for all business functions supported by the VMO, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to identify, design, and implement Generative AI and intelligent automation opportunities within the extended workforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Be the thought leader and strategic owner for our organization's AI adoption roadmap, defining the future state of the VMO operating model and its impact on the extended workforce.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, to find, quantify, and prioritize AI-first opportunities for their vendor-supported functions.
  • Define the strategy, governance, and operating model for the AI Data Operations ensuring ethical, compliant, and cost-effective utilization of human labor to train, test, and augment AI/ML models.
  • Advocate the development of commercial and negotiating standards that explicitly address AI requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic reviews and proposals to executive leadership, articulating the financial, operational, and engaged advantages of AI-driven vendor transformation.
