Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Partner Business, Business Development, Business Programs, or Go-To-Market Strategy in a Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g., Salesforce), Investigative tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and pipeline management frameworks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and outsourced teams to ensure performance and impact.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally across Business, Marketing, and Operations with excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to drive program execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across multiple regions.

In this role, you will drive the direction and execution of Google Cloud’s Business Development Representative (BDR) motions across key solutions (e.g., Google Web Server (GWS), Apigee, Looker, Maps, Security), ensuring global alignment and seamless integration with Specialist Field Business. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing both inbound and outbound BDR motions to generate pipeline for these solutions.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BDR led engagement strategies to drive pipelines for GWS, Apigee, Looker, Maps, and Security, ensuring alignment with Specialist Field Business.
  • Act as the primary liaison between BDR, Business, Product Specialists, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution across sub-regions.
  • Define and refine BDR workflows, messaging, and engagement tactics for both inbound and outbound motions, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
  • Oversee the Digital Customer Engineer (DCE) initiative, ensuring a successful pilot rollout, tracking metrics, and refining the model for adoption.
  • Own vendor relationships supporting both BDR teams and DCE programs, ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and alignment with Google Cloud’s objectives.
