Senior AI Marketing Producer, Media AI Lab

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in a creative production, creative program management, or marketing operations role.
  • 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects within an organization.
  • Experience utilizing or integrating Generative AI (GenAI) technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, creative tools) in a production environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with Product teams to influence roadmaps and manage program execution.
  • Experience working within a Marketing function, including creative production and AdTech.
  • Understanding of Generative-AI technologies, including Large Language Models/LLMs and AI-agents and with using genAI tools, AI-agents, or advanced-automation-strategies in a creative-production environment.
  • Ability to execute on cross-functional, and global initiatives within a global-enterprise environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with a track-record of influencing without authority and driving alignment among executive leaders and geographically cross-functional teams with competing goals.

The Media AI (m.AI) Lab is an AI solutions accelerator for Google, helping marketers see the future and ensure progressive usage of AI. Our mission is to rapidly identify, incubate, and graduate substantive AI tools and operating models that benefit all of Google marketing.

As a Senior AI Marketing Producer, you will be a key part of managing Search (product area) creative operations and intake, establishing efficient processes and clarity by translating Product Marketing Manager needs into feasible global creative production plans.

You will succeed in changing, team environments and will be comfortable pivoting between multiple projects. Problem-solving comes naturally, and your ability to build consensus and create clarity from ambiguity will be the key to your success. You will be passionate about business transformation, with proven success in navigating the human side of change management as new technologies and ways of working are introduced within a structured organization. You will be a user-centric thinker to communicate topics in a clear manner to influence without authority across levels, functions, and geographies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partners with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to define creative requirements and aligns product area guidelines/specifications for Search campaigns.
  • Lead the production cycle for all assets (text and statics using asset studio+ and videos/other with smartly /other approved self-service solutions), establishing workback plans and ensuring execution within budget.
  • Collaborate with m.AI Lab colleagues to identify gaps where current tools (like asset studio+) need innovation and acts as an early tester for new agentic workflows.
  • Serves as the final gatekeeper for all creative deliverables, ensuring they adhere to Search product area guidelines and principles. Build the playbook to scale the role to other product area.
  • Collaborate with global process owner (GPO), PMMs and Measurement teams to measure the impact of the central production team for efficiency and business growth.
