About the job
As a member of the Google Cloud Communications team, you will collaborate with other cross-functional teams to communicate with journalists and thought leaders, develop specific communications materials and devise thought leadership campaigns. You'll understand the power of Google’s Cloud products and tell the story of how we help our customers innovate. You'll engage in face-to-face meetings with internal executives and external opinion formers, and develop print and web-based materials supporting these campaigns.
Google’s AI infrastructure is the foundation that enables Gemini-powered breakthroughs across Google’s most iconic products and for our Cloud customers. We don't just power AI; we accelerate the delivery of helpful, planetary-scale experiences that are only possible because of the unique way our infrastructure has been developed.
In this role, you will be part of the team shaping the communications strategy for our AI infrastructure portfolio. You will be responsible for managing customer and partner relationships, maintaining connections with journalists and influencers, and developing written materials and campaigns. Additionally, you will create new programs to counter misinformation that interferes with our business and our ability to serve users. You will be involved in collaborating with executives across the organization, leveraging an understanding of the technologies and policies impacting the industry today.
