Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience in product development.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, building scalable internal platforms, workflow execution tools, or enterprise software development systems.
- Experience integrating large language models and artificial intelligence into practical applications, and automating workflows or other creative use cases.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Management to ensure engineering solutions are aligned with business goals.

We are launching a massive, executive-backed transformation of our product introduction and software development life cycles. We need a Tech Lead to partner with our Lead Product Manager (PM) and architect the Tooling Work stream from the ground up.
In this role, you will replace fragmented legacy systems and manual toil with an intelligent, AI-enabled ecosystem. You will lead a fully-funded engineering team to build a malleable tool chain that delivers startup agility without compromising enterprise-grade security. If you want to eliminate friction for thousands of colleagues and define the industry’s new standard, this is your mandate.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of an intelligent launch assistant using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI to analyze technical documents and automate recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Lead PM to translate user journeys into scalable architectures, driving the evolution from minimum viable product (MVP) to a fully automated end-state.
- Replace fragmented trackers with a unified workflow engine featuring transparent criteria, blocker tracking, and automated Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
- Replace manual questionnaires with a dynamic logic engine that triggers Security and Compliance reviews only when necessary.
- Build the back end for a real-time executive dashboard tracking North Star metrics like velocity, quality, and throughput.
