Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with governments in a sales role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and cultivating relationships with a set of strategic government accounts across States and Municipalities.
- Experience promoting cloud computing technologies to large and complex government organizations across geographies.
- Experience in channel and partner development in the EdTech/ educational market.
- Experience working with or for Government or intergovernmental Alliances.
- Experience building strategic business partnerships with government customers.

As a member of the Google for Education team, you'll help educational institutions transform learning with tools like Workspace for Education, Google Classroom, Chromebooks, and Gemini. Your role is to advocate for these Google products, helping schools and students achieve a more collaborative, and personalized learning experience. You'll work with a passion for both Google products and for transforming education to make the world a more "Googley" place.
The Google for Education team partners with schools, businesses, and government agencies to enhance their productivity, mobility, and collaboration. You'll be a key part of the sales process, using data analysis to gain insights, troubleshooting issues, and working with different teams to ensure a smooth operation. Your strategic efforts will guarantee that institutions using Google products receive customer support and can innovate effectively in the new hybrid classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with strategic government accounts in Brazil, focusing on key stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and key results by building and executing effective growth strategies.
- Expand the pipeline of government-focused solutions within target accounts by leveraging strong pitching and presentation skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to develop strategic agreements that achieve key stakeholders' transformation goals.
- Utilize internal resources like sales engineering and marketing while providing feedback to improve collateral materials and overall strategy.
