Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product or program management.
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience working with systems design and product design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with internet products and technologies.
  • Experience in Measurement or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are ready to support launches and migrations.
  • Bring product insights to gTech product forums and provide responsive support to gTech questions and escalations.
  • Understand customer and gTech pain points, needs, and priorities and leverage product expertise to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Business. Projects manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products.
  • Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
