About the job

As an Account Executive in Google's Global Clients and Agency Solutions organization, you will lead the charge in expanding Google's global business with the largest and most influential clients. You will leverage your business acumen to identify and prioritize key areas where Google's solutions can drive significant innovation and deliver measurable results for these clients. You will work closely with specialized teams within Google and the client's organization to ensure a smooth, integrated approach across all regions and functions. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients within Google, coordinating with various teams to provide them with a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions and options. You will take ownership of client relationships, manage global governance structures, and ensure efficient coordination across key markets to achieve unified goals. You will craft and implement comprehensive global Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including global Video Incentive Programs (VIPs), to maximize business generation. You will collaborate with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to scale localized solutions and further drive growth. Activities include being the main point of contact to the client, vendor, and LCS counterpart you are driving the strategic commercial activation with, overseeing the global/local coordination and execution (i.e. raising PO, sending contract), and running post project impact assessment to scale best practice cases.

Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. At its core, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) helps leading brands, trade bodies and marketing partners navigate this complexity so that they can continue to be the market makers who positively shape our industry. Everyday, we help our partners fully utilize Google’s products, talent and insights to advance their marketing performance and the advertising ecosystem at large. Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what’s next into now.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients and agencies, cultivating strong B and C-level relationships to drive long-term digital transformation strategies.
  • Help deliver a comprehensive Joint Business Plan (JBP) across Google's products and services, aligning global strategies with local market needs. Identify opportunities within your JBP workstream(s) to strategically deploy incentives and funds to power growth, which you will then lead to end-to-end activation.
  • Lead and collaborate on projects involving multiple Google teams (LCS, Cloud, YouTube) to maximize client impact and optimize product solutions.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of client’s business and industry, and the advertising industry to identify growth opportunities and address future challenges like privacy regulations.
  • Engage with executive leadership to build trust, drive strategic alignment, and foster collaboration across Google and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
