Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in exceeding goal attainment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in defining key success measures and tracking progress in evolving the programs based on building dashboards and critical analysis.
  • Experience in developing sales programs at scale.
  • Experience in running programs to predict customer actions.
  • Ability to be a professional and positive team player.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.

In this role, your focus is to develop and implement innovative programs and solutions to acquire new customers, identify potential promotion/upgrading/cross-selling in our customer base, maximize renewal rates and accelerate reference ability within large, strategic customers. In addition, you will give client-facing teams insights into Core Performance, Advanced Performance, and Potential prospective targets for new acquisition and risk, and suitable programs to support GCP Sales team priorities, promoting/upgrading/cross-selling target accounts for existing customers.

Additionally, you will be a leader comfortable with working across multiple stakeholders with accounts at scale. You will utilize investigative and presentation skills and experience in running campaigns and programs to predict customer behavior and set action/impact priorities. Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of business campaigns, through content creation, contact/account, quantitative measurement design, enablement, execution by Sales teams, and delivering reporting and insights.
  • Lead Google Cloud acquisition cross-sell initiatives to drive customer demand and maximize growth, lead programmatic and scalable renewals programs for Google Workspace existing customers.
  • Partner with regional Cloud Sales teams, Google Workspace, Product Management, Cloud Marketing, and other stakeholders across strategy, business intelligence, partners, and more to align cross-functional team efforts on the campaign plans.
  • Adapt and solve various data and technical issues to consistently and rapidly improve processes to make it easy for sellers to spend time with the right prospects and customers.
