Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with engineering leaders, product managers, and designers.
- Experience in full-stack related roles with frontend, backend, data management, and application integration.
- Excellent communication, people management, presentation, and project management skills.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers working on bringing new payment protocols to Payments Platform, streamlining the purchase experience as well as optimizing the payment success rate.
- Influence and own decisions regarding integration of FoPs (Form of Payments like bank accounts, UPI, etc) in platform in XFT and partners.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of end to end solutions for bringing new FoPs, improved user experiences and optimizations to Payments Platform.
- Communicate and collaborate with the US counterpart SWEs, Leads across cross functional teams as needed.
- Full stack development platform for FoPs and buyflows using FoPs.
