As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Spares Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain spares readiness for Data Centers with attention to process optimization, stakeholder management, demand planning, supply planning, and procurement operations. This includes managing supply chain risks, communicating supply status, and engaging cross-functionally to establish processes in a growing space.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create and implement new processes centered around demand planning, supply planning and risk mitigation, procurement operations.
  • Drive spares supply chain readiness across all Data Center equipment spares parts.
  • Partner cross-functionally across stakeholders and upstream teams to drive clarity, develop tools (dashboards) and processes, to streamline demand signals and communicate status/risks.
  • ­Update project schedules, communicate status, risks and influence change, and represent the Equipment Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings, driving initiatives and process improvements to help the team grow in scale.
  • Partner with Data Center Operations, Procurement Operations, and Equipment Supply Chain teams to drive synergies and alignment to ensure spare parts are in place at current and future Data Center sites.
