Executive Business Partner, Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies across administrative and executive functions.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure by prioritizing and acting resourcefully.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage execution and escalation, with effective attention to detail.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, including sequencing tasks, managing frequency and understanding the flow of business operations.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The Trust and Safety team reduces risk and protects the experience of our users and business partners in more than 40 languages and across Google's expanding base of products. We defend Google's integrity by fighting spam, fraud and abuse, and develop and communicate product policies. We work with a variety of teams - Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Policy, Privacy teams to set policies and combat fraud and abuse in a scalable way, often with an eye to finding industry-wide solutions. Trust and Safety team members are motivated to find innovative solutions, and use technical know-how, user insights and proactive communication to pursue the highest possible quality and safety standards for users across Google products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice Presidents of Trust and Safety and their leadership team as their trusted Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide administrative support, managing executive and organization-wide calendars and travel to ensure the Vice Presidents has the required preparatory materials for meetings and events.
  • Build operational efficiency by issue spotting, streamlining existing processes, defining new strategies with the executives and their teams.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and milestone celebrations.
  • Execute calendar, expense, event, travel, and office management activities separately, and demonstrate a flexible, solution-oriented approach when adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Engage with the admin and local site communities for Trust and Safety to support the organization's culture and operations.
