Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience developing/executing online marketing and advertising strategies, recommending scalable solutions to improve marketing and business strategy, and working with executive leadership internally/externally to create value for their business plans.
  • 3 years of experience working with advertising performance solutions, with a proven track record of delivering growth, ROI and achieving ambitious revenue KPIs.
  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape and dynamics, and a keen interest in working with AI-powered solutions for performance advertising.

In this role, you will partner with frontline sellers to advance the customer's strategy and execution of AI Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for performance campaigns. You will work with product teams to influence the performance product roadmap and GTM to work as the TLS sector has an emphasis on customers with Lead Gen marketing objectives.

You are a critical driver of customers’ business transformation through AI. You are responsible for architecting and executing a performance strategy that maximizes adoption of Google’s AI-powered suite, including AI Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.

You will go beyond product features to translate customer business objectives into actionable growth plans and operate as an extension of your pod, lead high-stakes pitches, oversee execution, and provide the performance intelligence necessary to the status quo.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-quarter performance strategy for dedicated book of business, translating technical features into compelling business solutions that drive customer investment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Google’s AI-powered search solutions, including advanced bidding strategies and durable measurement foundations, while guiding customers through the transition from traditional search tactics to AI-first marketing.
  • Leverage internal forecasting and diagnostic tools to proactively identify performance headroom and provide sales teams with data-backed recommendations on budget sufficiency and target optimization to unlock incremental growth.
  • Advise on the optimal mix of performance products across the Google ecosystem, identifying opportunities to capture demand beyond the search results page using automated cross-channel solutions.
  • Quantify the "Value Delivered" of recommendations by building compelling cases for continued reinvestment and growth using proof points that bridge the gap between the market and product teams.
