Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in semiconductor with third-party IP partner management, business development, transaction negotiation.
- Experience with ARM, RISC V, GPU, CPU partnerships.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- 15 years of semiconductor experience in the third-party IP partner management.
- Experience working with large multi-functional global teams.
- Experience in driving third-party IP leadership with cross-functional deliverables with ability to engage and deliver results.
- Excellent understanding of semiconductor and third-party IP ecosystem.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with professional and executive presence.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager for third-party IP, you will work closely with operations, finance, legal, procurement, product management, and engineering counterparts across Pixel phones, wearables, hearables and other categories of hardware to drive alliances, development projects, deals, and relationships.You will focus on the relationships that enable technology development, technological and business innovation, cost reduction, business growth and margin enhancement, and business growth.
The team partners with cross-functional leaders to develop relationships and engagement strategies. The team also develops and maintains ongoing relationships with external partners throughout project execution and operation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end third-party IP partner engagements.
- Discuss and manage the business strategy, financial terms, agreement timelines, and contract process from start to finish.
- Evaluate new opportunities and provide recommendations to the management team. Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional constituents (product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, legal).
- Build, maintain and evolve relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on product plans/roadmaps with technical stakeholders, taking into consideration how Google can best collaborate with relevant partner ecosystems.
