Associate Solutions Architect, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (장애인 채용)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a project or program management, consulting, or client facing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 2 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics or SQL.

About the job

The gReach Program is a paid one-year upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities. Participants receive on-the-job training and work on various projects. This program helps participants from underrepresented groups advance their careers by joining teams in Google. This provides exposure to Google careers and enhances professional skills. Participants contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and add lasting value. They will work closely with a host manager and team to identify project goals and support their professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to realize business goals in market.
  • Work with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand requirements, and provide standard procedures and technical solutions around applying ad products and technologies.
  • Identify and solve client problems through effective project management and technical consultation.
