Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the media and entertainment, influencer and creator networks/agencies.
- Experience managing partnerships and negotiating agreements.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support partner relationship management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and maintaining complex, end-to-end strategic partnerships.
- Experience across content and media, creator economy and influencer marketing.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives the partner strategy and manages key relationships that help to make YouTube’s products more universally accessible and useful. We own the business side of new products and initiatives, and our strategic partnerships seek to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube’s products globally. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business.
We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Development Manager in MENA to cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships, specifically focusing on creators and creator Third-parties (3Ps). In this role, you will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with key industry partners, consulting our partners on their YouTube strategy, and tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success.
You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to the strategic development of YouTube's partnerships in MENA. You will thrive in a fluid environment, demonstrating an understanding of Google's internal processes and products. Your contributions will not only drive business objectives but also enhance our company culture. You will be building meaningful partnerships and shaping the future of digital content in a pivotal market.

Responsibilities
- Align product/content with partner business goals, provide guidance to drive adoption, and secure content required through agreements and acquisitions.
- Support business and product innovation through goal-oriented programs and pilots, creator engagement, and beta testing.
- Build a network of partners to serve as platform advocates, and represent YouTube at industry events.
- Manage partner issues, educate on policies, and ensure agreement/corpus hygiene.
- Contribute to the Google community and culture, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
