Regional Workplace Services Manager, Occupancy Planning

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Management, Corporate Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in occupancy/office layout planning with an emphasis on program management.
  • Experience in operational facilities management and services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and managing occupancy plans and scenario planning, with a focus on solutions such as activity based seating.
  • Experience in program management and ability to run long-term planning and short-term moves to meet the business needs.
  • Understanding of facilities management, hospitality, corporate services, or equivalent workplace management.
  • Ability to suggest and implement creative, non-standard, and innovative occupancy planning solutions to address existing and future business needs and real estate issues.
  • Exceptional communication, change management, data visualization and presentation skills, including ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to travel and work non-standard hours.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide a pivotal role in Workplace Services operations throughout the region, including capacity and space planning associated with office builds, expansions and moves, and associated implementation of new processes and procedures. 
  • Serve as a key occupancy planning point of contact as a part of the Workplace Services team for the Northeast Region. Lead OP-related interactions with business and site leads as well as other key stakeholders, and as an escalation point for space issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leads and REWS business partners at all levels of the organization to understand needs and drivers. Oversees the vendor partner occupancy planners to track and document program requirements to develop well informed plans.
  • Ensure vendor partners meet agreed service levels and outcomes in a demanding environment that requires the highest level of service delivery.
