Accelerated Partners Manager, Sellside (Multiple Languages)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and one second language, either Vietnamese, Urdu, or Bahasa Indonesia fluently, to communicate with different regional partners in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with online advertising or Ad business generation solutions (e.g., Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
  • Experience with project management focused on scaled engagement and efficiency improvement.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, discuss terms with strategic partners, and deliver results
  • Excellent organizational, communication, investigative and influencing skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As an Accelerated Partners Manager, you will enable App developers and content publishers to grow their businesses using Google’s business generation solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the small and medium apps portfolio and building the future of the vibrant apps ecosystem in South East Asia (SEA).

You will focus on new verticals and Game developers in a fluid environment and rapidly changing industry landscape that will call for creativity and thought leadership to enable business transformation.

You will provide innovative, industry-leading business generation and platform solutions for developers and publishers, proactively identify new opportunities, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of the same store, fast growing app partners across verticals and optimize their growth. Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop an understanding of their business challenges and business growth opportunities.
  • Design, build and launch new App centric vertical narratives in the SEA market. Provide regular feedback to inform and influence product roadmap and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Develop and implement scaled-strategies that address growth opportunities in an Apps products suite (AdMob+ Google AdManager) to enable partners' success.
  • Collaborate across functions to bring new products and strategic initiatives to market. Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to external partners test new products, and design systematic partner insights.
  • Provide thought-leadership, regularly solicit perspectives and insights from internal stakeholders across a wide spectrum of teams, such as Product, Engineering, GTM and Marketing.
