Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management using multiple methodologies driving deliveries to completion in multiplex organizations.
- Experience in delivering projects and programs within transformation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting including working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver cloud centric solutions.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public Cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
- Experience in Cloud Security concepts and implementation.
- Ability to grow in fluid and ambiguous environments.

As a Cloud Program Manager (CPM), you will work with a wide range of stakeholders, Partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SI) and across Google. You will work with, and support, the delivery executive who holds overall accountability for professional services (PS) delivery at that engagement.In this role, you will be responsible for planning and governance, and for overseeing the delivery of outcomes in line with agreed purposes across the Engagement work streams or programs that fall under our remit. You will drive performance behaviors, advocate delivery and process excellence, and seek and implement continuous improvements throughout the program delivery life-cycle.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects/workstreams and interdependencies within your programme producing quality deliverables that meet agreed purposes, on time and within budget.
- Provide programme management, define governance and controls, plan the overall programme, managing risks and issues, monitor progress, and course correcting if needed also seeking opportunities to accelerate deliveries and GCP adoption.
- Manage stakeholder communications (e.g., technical and business, internal and external), providing transparency across the programme, visibility of progress against desired outcomes and timely updates.
- Lead cross function, distributed programme delivery teams.
- Enable delivery by creating clarity from ambiguity, structuring and sequencing delivery to impore value, and remaining open to pivot based on learning or changes.
