Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy consulting, or planning.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese or English to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing research or consumer insight analysis.
- Experience in analysis with coding languages (e.g., R or Python).
- Experience in ads analysis (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, A/B testing etc.) or statistical analysis.

- Plan measurement strategies based on causal inference and measurement expertise (e.g., Brand Lift, Business Lift, Marketing Mix Modeling(MMM)).
- Incorporate analysis results into media investment recommendations to improve marketing Return on Investment (ROI) for business growth.
- Conduct market research to formulate goals segments and value propositions.
- Incorporate research results into marketing strategies and campaign planning that utilize the power of digital.
- Collaborate with business teams to formulate business strategies to make Google a trusted partner for clients, and be a thought leader to encourage data informed decision making with advanced solutions for internal/external stakeholders.
