Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience organizing and executing on programs in organizations that require collaborating with internal and external partners across multiple geographic locations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in creating and executing GTM plans, manage launches, and scale the business.
  • Experience working with various digital marketing channels in an e-commerce, gaming, or digital content business.
  • Experience working with a product/engineering team to launch new products, features or consumer programs for global companies.
  • Experience with business planning or chief of staff responsibilities (e.g., OKRs, budget, QBR etc.).

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead responsible for managing and delivering on a large portfolio of projects in various strategic areas for Play including (but not limited to) Games GTM and Loyalty programs, CRM, business expansion programs.
  • Be responsible for the cross-functional coordination of GTM workstreams such as CRM strategy, branding, digital channel activation and amplification plans, Marketing/Public Relations (PR) plan, tooling, partnerships, etc.
  • Develop partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to influence across boundaries leveraging solid thought leadership. Act as liaison between the India based teams and the other US/Global teams for your projects.
  • Develop close partnership with the GTM leadership team to help them run an effective organization (e.g., establish efficient operating models, program governance, business planning etc.).
  • Identify and address opportunities to scale tooling/processes and optimize for efficiency across the organization.
