Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
  • Provide a portfolio of creative work displaying experience in Interactive and Technology design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience novel experiences that combine hardware and software working with Engineering teams to deliver high quality software and hardware experiences.
  • Excellent creative problem solving skills with the ability to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders. Team and relationship focused with an ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence.
  • Ability to manage cross-team collaborations with clear communication for optimum results in an ambiguous environment.

About the job

As part of the Retail Marketing team, you will join a team of retail specialists, creatives, experience designers, producers, product marketers, go-to-market strategists and brand managers whose mission it is to fundamentally change how people shop. Guiding your team's search for how to bring innovation and fresh thinking to retail environments is the question: "What if Google was a place?". You may be responsible for managing retail executions, both online and offline, for Google products such as Pixel, Google Home, Google wearables and more. Regularly, you provide guidance to retail partners on how to best bring Google ecosystems to life in retail environments.

As an Interactive Experiences Producer for Google Stores, you'll orchestrate strategic program management and leadership for Google's interactive experiences in retail. Partnering closely with internal creative, engineering, go-to-market teams, and external creative agencies and technical vendors, you'll deliver exceptional consumer experiences that bring the magic of Google software and hardware together in retail environments.

You will launch new experiences aligned to new product introductions and seasonal refreshes, aligning the creative intent with strategic and budget targets, delivering on time and ensuring flawless execution. Aligning with key cross-functional stakeholders and providing direct communication and updates will ensure the success of the work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$206,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Assess creative briefs, establish and enforce timelines and budgets, and coordinate comprehensive stakeholder reviews.
  • Direct and inspire internal creative teams and technical vendor partners. Deliver exceptional creative and high performance software and hardware experiences.
  • Advocate for durability during sourcing. Drive each execution toward components that can be used for multiple experiences.
  • Lead proactive, transparent communication with cross-functional teams. Provide clear updates on project status, anticipate and mitigate risks, and expertly articulate priorities.
  • Analyze and refine processes. Maximize efficiency and team well-being within the retail producer team and retail creative group. Prioritize customer experience, retail impact, and Google's brand integrity in all creative decisions.
