Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting within an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support the applicants and business client management in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Experience in solving problems.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit talents in South Korea and other regions in Asia-Pacific (APAC) by leveraging recruiting processes, tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Advocate for the candidate and create a quality experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and customer needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
  • Partner with business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
  • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
  • Solve tests and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches. Identify alternatives when circumstances change, and seek out responsibilities.
