Product Lifecycle and Operations Program Manager, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in managing global operations.
  • Experience working with international teams and a variety of stakeholders, and executing strategies to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified in project management (e.g., SAPM, PMP) or process improvement (e.g., LEAN Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of the quote to cash process of Cloud products.
  • Ability to think strategically, balancing a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

About the job

As a Google Cloud Product Lifecycle and Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for the order to cash process of Google Cloud products. You will drive enhancements within the product lifecycle to improve operational efficiencies for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for building relationships across teams to find opportunities and build consensus to execute on operational excellence initiatives, and driving those cross-functional teams to success. You will support businesses of all sizes, helping them ramp-up on enterprise offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Create and document solutions for process improvement to support business and policy objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across the global organization to develop and advance key initiatives, optimize business processes, design policies, and drive new solutions.
  • Operationalize new product launches and programs to support the growth of the Google Cloud business.
  • Respond to, manage, and oversee resolution to escalations related to the order to cash process.
