Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience as a Product Manager for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a business function or role such as strategic marketing, business operations, consulting, or software development
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sellers, analysts, operations, and support teams to execute and launch features.
  • Experience working on products in the enterprise business intelligence (BI), data analytics, or internal tooling space.

At Google, we put our users first. The Customer Engagement (CE) team within Google Ads builds the foundational tools and products that help Google's support agents, sellers, and marketers connect with our customers and succeed at scale.

As a Product Manager, you will focus on building AI features and enterprise business intelligence tools that optimize advertiser health and support. In this role, you will connect the business and technical worlds to guide AI-driven chat and automated tool features from conception to launch, ensuring we build high-impact, compliant, and scalable solutions.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Support product requirements documents (PRDs) and manage the product backlog by collaborating with engineering, program management, and design partners to implement feature requirements.
  • Define product roadmaps for AI-driven chat, automated tools, and advertiser performance optimization workflows.
  • Articulate a clear product goals for Generative AI and business intelligence features that captures attention and aligns cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Validate market opportunities and user-based needs to identify high-impact areas for BI and data analytics tools within the Customer Engagement team.
  • Facilitate the launch and maintenance of AI-driven features and advertiser wellness tools in collaboration with sellers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
