Minimum qualifications:

- Ability to demonstrate performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Ability to communicate with highly technical management teams with excellent customer service focus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with high attention to detail and tactical execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle for critical data center infrastructure, equipment, and services.
- Partner with logistics, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and manage the lifecycle of agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, accounts payable, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice holds, payment discrepancies, and billing escalations swiftly to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Maintain high data integrity within procurement systems. Generate regular reports on Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) spend, budget tracking, statuses, and supplier lead times to support leadership visibility and the broader Business Operations team.
