Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in Internet products and technologies, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of publisher, advertising market or online ads landscape.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders and excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
- Ability to pick up technical concepts and learn when it is appropriate to apply them.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for our clients, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams.
- Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
- Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
- Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency.
