Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
- Experience in test engineering, and software or hardware testing principles and methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management.
- Experience with component and system level testing and rack level technologies and testing.
- Experience with testing networks, compute and storage devices and configurations.
- Experience with machine learning technologies and testing.
- Ability to develop in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ambiguous requirements.
- Excellent communication, and leadership skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong test engineering background to lead the development and execution of manufacturing test programs for our next-generation cloud compute and storage, networking, and rack-level products. You will possess a deep understanding of test engineering principles, excellent program management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you are a critical member of our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturability, testability, and quality of our innovative hardware solutions as they transition from design to high-volume production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality Assurance, to define manufacturing test strategies, drive test development and optimization, and resolve technical challenges.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Key products will include infrastructure supporting high performance compute and storage clusters, including but not limited to machine learning workloads, and related networking equipment.
- Develop and manage NPI project plans, timelines, resources, procurement, budgets and risk assessment for test development and optimization initiatives related to the Google Cloud product roadmap.
- Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing.
- Contribute to the achievement of transformational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by supporting related testing initiatives, including define and implement test governance across product verticals, drive DFT initiatives and development and implementation of new test strategies and technologies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders and partners for test development status via reviews and dashboards, work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
