Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders (e.g., running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees).
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and building user journeys.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert on compensation plans in the technology industry or cloud.
  • Experience managing a variety of stakeholders and projects with work streams to completion.
  • Experience with data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
  • Experience prioritizing deliverables and making appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.

About the job

As Senior Business Program Manager for Google Cloud’s Business Systems Transformation team, a part of the Performance, Analytics and Cloud Excellence (PACE) organization, you will operate as a key stakeholder with one of Google Cloud’s Go-to-Market (GTM) business functions. You will partner with teams such as product, business functions, strategy and operations, engineering and other cross-functional partners to document business priorities, requirements and roadmaps, and develop systems, tools, and processes and empower sellers and channel partners with enterprise-grade tools. You will work directly with the Business Planning Team, Google Cloud executives and leaders to be their voice, run workshops with the leaders to understand the business requirements and map out user journeys and pain points, create a high-level overview and share with the broader business systems transformation team and the engineering teams. You would be required to, on a periodic basis, report back to the executive and leadership team the status of these work-streams. You will use your excellent business acumen to leverage a deep understanding of processes to guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide insight and business judgment to support tactical initiatives. In this role, you will report into the Head of Systems Transformation, and will engage regularly with GTM and cross-functional subject matter experts.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and inform current future state plans.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and subject matter experts to understand productivity blockers and build key user journeys and high-level business requirements.
  • Partner with business transformation and engineering project managers to ensure projects and deliverables remain on track and adhere to required operating frameworks.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and informatively with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple channels.
  • Co-ordinate with the change management team to ensure successful change adoption across regions track success metrics periodically.
