Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in data analytics, strategy consulting, media measurement, experimentation or incrementality.
- Experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
- Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in proactively identifying broad problems and translating them into tactical projects and work streams.
- Understanding of common statistical and analytical methods to address business challenges.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

The Head of Data Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) leads the team in developing and executing vertical specific DM&A strategy to drive business outcomes, grow Google business, and advance client’s data, tech and measurement maturity.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing and/or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions and/or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
- Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply and/or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
- Build and sustain an effective, high-performing team. Mentor Analytical Leads (ALs) and Data Transformation Leads (DTLs) on skills and capabilities to be effective in the role and deliver high-impact, growth-driven work.
