Creative Diagnostics Lead, LCS (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, particularly in sales, marketing, creative agency, media agency, or digital ad operations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience working with YouTube’s Ad Solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Spanish with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and influence and drive results without official authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape pitches or narratives.
  • Expertise in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.

Creative is the largest driver of campaign ROI, and the rise of AI is fundamentally reshaping the creative landscape, presenting a pivotal opportunity for advertisers, Google and the creative tech partner ecosystem. These advancements have fueled a proliferation of creative solutions, leaving customers and Google sales teams struggling to keep up with the changes. By helping advertisers diagnose their creative health opportunity, we will accelerate their ability to create more effective ads, drive their business objectives, and grow Google/YouTube revenue. In this role you will be in charge of identifying gaps in customers’ creative best practices, developing an understanding of their creative challenges, and supporting sales teams to navigate and pitch the right creative solutions to meet their customers’ needs.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose creative health opportunities across client media, including asset variety and ad quality.
  • Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices, and use creative product solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our full suite of creative product solutions, including first-party ads tools in Google Ads and GMP, GenAI consumer applications, Cloud GenMedia, gTech offerings and 3P creative tech partners.
