Global Strategy and Operations Lead, Creator Success, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics, or 2 years of experience with advanced degree.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm in a Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) company in the media or internet industry.
  • Experience communicating and influencing the audiences, including executives.
  • Experience solving problems to develop and influence business strategies for cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in GenAI.
  • Excellent business judgment, financial modeling, spreadsheet software and presentation software skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights, product/program data analysis (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets), dashboards, and deck building.
  • Define plans and road maps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation of change initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate recommendations to YouTube’s executives and the organization.
