Control Tower Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Sales Programs, Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, or Project/Program Management roles.
  • Experience managing global or regional-scale initiatives within Cloud, SaaS, or B2B Tech.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience building, executing, and optimizing marketing and demand generation calendars.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), analytics tools (Looker, Tableau), and project management software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in APAC regional, with an understanding of regional market nuances.
  • Ability to translate global strategies into regionally executable plans, ensuring alignment with sales motions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust quickly across functional teams.

As the Control Tower Program Manager, you will orchestrate cross-functional demand generation efforts across APAC, bridging Global Customer Growth Engine (CGE) strategies with regional sales, marketing, and partner execution. You will ensure alignment and clarity, driving structured sub-regional demand generation calendars, seamless campaign activation, and robust front-line enablement (FSRs, BDRs, Partners) to accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the APAC Sub-Regional Demand Generation calendars, ensuring full alignment across Marketing, Sales Leadership, Partner Teams, and Customer Growth Engine.
  • Facilitate ongoing alignment calls, reviews, and check-ins, clearly communicating execution priorities and objectives across teams.
  • Ensure promoters (FSRs, BDRs) and partners are equipped with timely and relevant messaging, assets, and sales plays.
  • Partner with Marketing, Management Access Layer (MAL), and Customer Growth Engine (CGE) to develop clear, enablement resources.
  • Drive structured campaign activation aligned to sales motions, tracking and optimizing execution. Identify gaps and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
