Search and PMAX Specialist, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Ability to develop relationships and act as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

In this role, you will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you will set the direction and strategy for how their advertising reaches users.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business as a Search and PMAX Specialist, working cross-functionally to plan, pitch, and implement solutions.
  • Analyze the client’s business objectives and lead a holistic Search and Commerce strategy.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term account growth. Help product teams improve products by identifying and defining specific product enhancements.
  • Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by leading project workstreams, including campaign strategy development, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Test and scale new product launches while identifying key stakeholders to build a collaborative network.
