Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness, Product Sales Activation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
  • Experience working in Ads measurement or Attribution.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of products in digital media solutions, media effectiveness (MMS, Attribution, Incrementality), and AI/analytical skills to pitch and activate across a sales organization.
  • Ability to speak and write in either German or French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent structured problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience influencing higher-level executives and sellers.

About the job

The role of Product and Services Activation (PSA) is to drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of various group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

As a Regional Product Lead in Media Effectiveness, you will be a key partner to our sales organization in driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions across the EMEA region. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, as well as influencing leadership and acting as a role model for effective selling. You'll be responsible for training sellers, presenting in external webinars and live events, and pitching and activating top opportunities. You will deploy knowledge across all Ads Products, with expertise in Incrementality, Attribution and Marketing Mix Models (MMMs).

Responsibilities

  • Consult with sellers and customers to identify growth opportunities and develop measurement solutions for business and marketing issues.
  • Build knowledge of typical measurement solutions used by customers and agencies, and develop Google's market positioning.
  • Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution, helping them navigate industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret and contextualize results from Google measurement solutions, demonstrating Google's impact.
  • Partner with sales to effectively position Google results against client marketing objectives and competitively to drive growth conversations.
