Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or an Advanced degree.
- Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience in working in a changing and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial or business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
- Excellent communication and collaborating skills.

Responsibilities
- Build, execute and refine growth strategy for the partnership business in unison with partners and other Google divisions and functions.
- Evaluate, prioritize and motivate opportunities from a financial, and operational perspective.
- Structure proposals including partners benefits, goals, requirements, incentive structure, legal and operational implications.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including the country leadership team and other functions, such as marketing, finance, legal and compliance, operations and go-to-market.
- Ideate and motivate business agreements with potential partners and renewal or expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
